- You’re the owner of an established business (for three or more years) that you’re passionate about growing.

About David Braithwaite
Since taking a leap of faith in himself in 1994, David has been steadily honing his entrepreneurial skills and confidence. Despite already owning a financial planning firm based in Kent, Citrus Financial Management, and co-owning another three connected businesses, he remains committed to finding new ways to challenge himself and grow his capabilities whenever possible.
For all his big accomplishments and front stage roles, however, David remains utterly transfixed by the small moments that make up our lives and the shared experiences, both positive and negative, that tie us together—by what happens behind the scenes of our success. He believes it’s these stories that make us who we are, but we’ll never learn from one another or connect in meaningful ways unless we have the courage to share them.
Informed by this belief in the power of story and community, David’s approach to coaching involves listening generously and facilitating thoughtfully. In other words, it’s all about empathy. He’s a master at putting himself in his clients’ shoes and making them feel seen, heard, and supported enough to grow.
